Delivery policy


For online purchases, our delivery service is available for Mexico only.


Once your payment is accepted, the items you bought will be dispatch to you. The delivery takes 7 business days.


1)   As soon as an order arrives, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail within 2 business days.


2)   The deliveries are sent to the address the customer registered on our website and cannot be modified after the payment is accepted. If you need to change your shipping address, while the items have not been paid, you should inform us via e-mail: [email protected]


3)   In case:


     i) There are not enough products in stock to satisfy your request, you will receive an email notice informing you about it, and so you can whether accept or deny the deliveries on the date specified.


     ii) The products are out of stock: we will send you an email regarding this issue right away. If you agree, we can help you to acquire products with similar features or notify you when the items will be available again.


4)   You will be able to track your package status on the Delivery Courier website.


However, if we detect any problem with the delivery tracking number, SELANUSA will contact you via e-mail and also will reach you by phone to verify your address information.

The package will be delivered to the address you registered and cannot be modified once the order has been paid and shipped.
