Dear customer, our main goal is you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in case you receive some product you did not order or shortage, we will proceed as follows:
1) Please read your purchase order carefully and compare all the items codes. We handle a huge variety of models, codes and colors. Commonly, the items match the purchase order, but it is not the expected product.
2) We inform you the non-returnable and non-refundable products are the ones which color and/or size may vary from one lot to another (beads, yarns, etc.) and products of animal origin (feathers, fur).
Products that are received from delivery courier damaged or shortage must be reported within 2 business days after receiving the merchandise by calling (+52 55) 91 79-89 00 or send an e-mail to: [email protected] explaining your case, thus we shall accept a return and/or refund, which will not exceed the amount you paid. The shipping and handle costs are non-refundable.
